committed as per the deal. Photos and videos can be shared to the buyer at the time of

packaging for full assurance. Standard packaging of the products are free of charge whereas
specialised packaging requirements can be catered with extra charges.

We have a strict policy of taking advance before start working on any order. Our charge
includes finding perfect vendor for products, details of the products, finding right logistics
and other services for smooth delivery. These require handsome amount of money and we
only charging pennies compared to what we’re offering. Other than that we have only one
free service which is getting quotation of any product which includes almost all details of
the products.

There are few products which can be provided at competitive prices only in bulk. For
those products minimum quantity is 1 tonne. If you require any other specific quantity of
any product please mention your requirements in OTHER DETAILS tab at the end of the
quotation form.

Free samples are provided but are limited to only few products. There are few factors
which are considered before providing free samples i.e. size of packaging/size of product,
country to be exported to, shipping and logistics etc. Ask us through an email or mention
your sample requirement through online quotation form and we’ll do the rest.

Yes, contractual services are available for all the products but are subjected to price
change. Price change depends on product to product and several other factors. Please mail
us regarding any contractual service for any product and we’ll give you all the details.

The safety and insurance of goods are subjected to the deal and INCOTERMS agreed
between the buyer and the seller.
